The assessment begins with the intake process. First, you will review our policies and procedures and talk about fees. Second, you will discuss what to expect during the assessment process, the measures used, and possible outcomes. At the end of the assessment, there is usually a feedback session where you will discuss the results of the assessment and any additional concerns you have. You will then be provided with a written report.
If you are an adult seeking assessment for a developmental disorder, you will need to provide any available school records, previous psychological evaluations, and a parent or family member who can provide information about your early development.
This practice is a self-pay practice. You will be expected to pay at the time of assessment, as outlined in the Fee Schedule. We may ask to keep a credit card on file to be able to charge you. CareCredit is available as a possible payment option. A superbill will be provided if you wish to try to seek reimbursement from your health insurance afterward.
If you have a potentially contagious illness, you may reschedule or switch to a telehealth appointment if appropriate.
There will be a charge for missed appointments or cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice
